FluiDrive

The SpectraAlyzer with Liquid Drawer and FluiDrive is the perfect tool for high precision NearInfraRed (NIR) analysis of liquid samples with low to medium viscosity such as wine, spirits and edible oils. The FluiDrive is an optional compact device that can be placed directly underneath any SpectraAlyzer and contains pump units for the sample loop and heat transfer liquid loop for thermostating the liquid cell. The FluiDrive mainly serves as a thermostating device for the sample liquid and the liquid cell utilising a high power peltier device in combination with an intelligent micro controller. The FluiDrive is directly interfaced to the SpectraAlyzer and can be controlled by the embedded SpectraAlyzer software with its unique and simple usability.

Autosampler

The auto sampler speeds up the analysis of a large number of test samples with minimal attention to analysis operation. Without having to be present to the progress of the automated analysis 100+ samples can be processed within an hour. Driven by the Application worx software, sample IDs can be setup quickly allowing also for intermediate calibration sample testing or flushing cycles. The output of the results can be customized to most requirements in LIMS operated laboratories.

Viscous Cup

The Viscous Cup is your choice for any viscous sample like condensed milk, honey, syrups, fillings for sweets, etc. The samples are analyzed in transflexion with an adjustable and highly reproducible pathlength. The sample is applied directly to the reflector. The Viscous Cup is made of aluminium, stainless steel on request. Adjustable path length designed for reproducible, accurate measurements. Possible applications include moisture in honey, fat in milk, alcoholic fillings in sweets, active ingredients in cosmetics, Brix, Pol in sugar cane juice. Slide Cup

The Slide Cup is your choice for any viscous sample when you want to emphasise easy cleaning and/or hygiene. The samples are analyzed in transflexion with a fixed pathlength. The reflecting surface is made of gold. The sample is applied to the reflector and then covered with an object slide. By placing the slide onto the reflector, any sample surplus is displaced into a surrounding spill. Thus, a homogeneous and bubble free sample is prepared to guarantee optimal analysis results. Terminal Interface Package (TIP)

The Terminal Interface Package (TIP) broadens the functionality of the SpectraAlyzer. With this interface option enabled, the measured results can be put out over one of the SpectraAlyzer ports (RS232 or USB) to a PC-resident terminal-program. The data can now be saved easily and processed e.g. in a spreadsheet program. Additionally 4000 measured results can be stored as "Analysis History" on the memory card. Furthermore the TIP contains a "Calibration Archive" that provides 50 start-up calibrations stored on the memory card.

SpectraAlyzer printer

This printer for SpectraAlyzer instruments prints single multi-component measurement results for quick archiving or info. Time and date stamps are included in the printout as well as property names.

Bluetooth Extension

Bluetooth Extension for the SpectraAlyzer.

This extension enables a wireless serial communication of SpectraAylzer instruments with remote computers over a distance of up to 100 m.

Liquid Drawer

The Liquid Drawer was developed to perform routine determinations of multiple properties in liquid products such as wine, soya sauce, oils, beverages and liquid sugars.

The pathlength of the liquid cell inside the Liquid Drawer can be adjusted to allow the analysis of samples of many different liquid products. In combination with the FluiDrive sample conditioning unit, the Liquid Drawer facilitates highly accurate and reproducible spectroscopic measurements.

Application worx (AWX)

The SpectraAlyzer is a powerful and versatile tool for NIR analysis that works well without any PC support. But in order to embrace the full wealth of NIR spectroscopy it is necessary to tap into the additional processing power and storage capability of a PC. This is exactly where the Application worx software enters the scene. It connects to your SpectraAlyzer using RS232, USB or Bluetooth. The Explorer-like user interface is intuitively and easy to navigate, especially compared to other chemometric software packages. Each of the tasks of acquiring spectra, designing and tweaking calibrations and finally doing a predictive quantitative analysis is neatly encapsulated and presented in a separate wizard. And of course Application worx speaks your language: we strive to translate it into every tongue our customers speak!

Besides all common spectral data pre-processing, implemented multi variate chemometric algorithms e.g. Multi Linear Regression (MLR) and Partial Least Squares Regression (PLSR) models can be calculated and easily interpreted graphic images are generated.
